About This Project

The development of 3 double-storey dwellings with sub-basement garages in a residential area of Malvern East. The subject site is a triangular block, allowing for a wide frontage to address the immediate street.

Each townhouse includes various materials including masonry brick, render, weatherboard cladding and feature stacker stone. Careful consideration of surrounding trees was made with landscape architects to ensure optimal use of the landscape for a new cross-over proposal.
