Situated on Mt Alexander Road, the medical centre not only serves as a healthcare hub but also contributes positively to the local community. Clearly delineated public areas such as waiting areas and reception from private areas such as consultation rooms and staff rooms helps to maintain patient privacy and ensures a professional atmosphere. The spaces are also designed with flexibility and modularity to suit each tenant's needs. Another distinctive feature of the design is the prioritization of expansive city views along the south facade of the building. Patient rooms, waiting areas, and communal spaces are strategically placed to capitalize on the natural light and scenic vistas, providing a calming and visually pleasing atmosphere for both patients and staff.

To address the need for tenant car spaces within the limited space available, we explored the possibilities of adopting carstackers. These innovative systems allow for efficient stacking of cars in a compact vertical arrangement, optimizing the parking infrastructure without compromising on safety or convenience. The integration of carstackers showcases a commitment to sustainable and space-efficient design solutions.
